**Due to the custom nature of our projects and business, we do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are to cancel we will gladly hold a credit for another time & event. If you cannot attend on the night you registered for, please email us at simplelittledetail631@gmail.com ASAP and we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different event or date.**
In the event of inclement weather, Simple Little Detail reserves the right to reschedule your event for the safety of our customers.
Please Note if you do not cancel within time frame you are more then welcome to come to another public event that Simple Little Detail is holding to complete your project. SLD can also complete you order and arrange for pick up if necessary.
SLD serves the right to cancel any Public (Restaurant) event that does not meet the minimum guests registered. If an event is cancelled due to low attendance, the event will be rescheduled or guests will be giving option to reschedule to alternate event. Refunds will not be issued.
